    For several years I have tossed & turned all night. I would wake up fluffing & folding my pillow so I thought the pillow was the culprit. Couldn't figure out if Ineeded firmer, softer, etc. I took a chance on this pillow. 1st night, Unbelievable! I literally slept through the night. I was so shocked when I woke up and realized what took place I was actually excited! Also, While falling asleep I would wake myself snoring. I could actually feel my chin falling toward my chest causing the snore. No more! This is not a paid review but my true experience! I am a side, back, & stomach sleeper. I still am but this pillow accommodates each and I don't wake up when changing positions. Is it for everyone? I don't know but it has given me back a restful sleep. I purchased it knowing if I didn't like it I could get a refund.
